Dear members, SIEntries have made an error on collecting direct debits for 2024 memberships. Please read their apology email.
Hi Alex,
I’m really sorry but it looks like we didn’t collect the direct debit payments for 19 members at the beginning of 2024 like we should have! This oversite means you guys didn’t get charged for your membership and also that you didn’t get renewed as expected.
Are you Ok if we take the dd payments next week? Assuming so then we will identify the people involved and will email them out before the weekend to let them know what has happened and to apologise for our mistake. There is a danger that a few of the payments may now fail as the direct debit instruction may have expired, in which case we will need to contact people again and ask them to set up a new instruction.
If we do this then we can then easily do the 2025 renewals again in January and get everything back in line.
